We may also terminate property advertisements if we receive a significant number of substantiated complaints relating to misrepresentation of a property or its surroundings. In such circumstances payment will be retained in full.
4.2 An Advertiser may at any time during the course of the period of their subscription on The Website delete or permanently remove their property. This can be done via the users online account administration system, or alternatively by contacting Directholidayproperties.com who after verified confirmation will remove any properties on your behalf. Payment will be retained in full.

5. CHANGES TO WEBSITE
We take pride in our service and are continually striving to make it better for you, the customer.
